She chose nipple sparing mastectomy, and immediate partial submuscular tissue expanders for definitive management. In a planned second stage, she had permanent silicone implants (full projecting 560cc right and 520cc left) placed. She subsequently had nipple and areola tattooing. She is 4 months from final surgery in the photos.
