Procedure: This patient had a prior submuscular augmentation and lift by another provider and was then diagnosed with severe breast atypia. She chose nipple sparing mastectomy, and immediate partial submuscular tissue expanders for definitive management. In a planned second stage, she had permanent silicone implants (full projecting 560cc right and 520cc left) placed. She subsequently had nipple and areola tattooing. She is 4 months from final surgery in the photos.
