Cancellation Policy:
Due to the high demand for appointments, all cosmetic and Spa appointments require a deposit to hold your time on the schedule. This will be applied towards the cost of your procedure. Your deposit will be non-refundable for cancellations within 2 business days of your appointment.
All visits billed to insurance are subject to any copay, deductable and co-insurance applicable to the patient’s plan.
