Meet Our Leadership
Jackie Luhn
CFO/COO
Jackie joined PSNW in 2024. She grew up in the Spokane area and is a proud Cheney High
School grad. She earned her undergraduate degree in Accounting from Northwest Nazarene
University and her MBA from the University of Florida, Warrington College of Business. Over
the course of her career, she has worked in a variety of accounting, finance and executive level
roles. She brings her servant-leadership mindset as well as her focus on data-driven decision
making to elevate the patient’s experience.
Jackie and her kids enjoy time with their menagerie of quirky pets and spending time in the
amazing outdoors we have locally. She is a voracious reader and a life-long learner.
Tracy Love
Director of Clinical and Surgical Services
Tracy joined PSNW in late 2023, bringing over two decades of clinical and administrative nursing
experience to the practice. Originally from Phoenix, Arizona, she earned her Bachelor of Science in
Nursing from Grand Canyon University before relocating to the Inland Northwest in 1999.
Her background includes extensive leadership in multidisciplinary teams, managing regulatory
compliance, fostering collaborative relationships, and driving quality improvement initiatives—with a
strong passion for enhancing both patient outcomes and operational efficiency. Her clinical background
includes critical care, cardiology, reproductive endocrinology, plastic surgery, and perioperative nursing.
Outside of work, Tracy enjoys Spokane Valley’s sunny summers paddleboarding, boating, and spending
time on her property. A country music enthusiast, she loves attending concerts and creating lasting
memories with friends and family.
