Procedure: This patient started with tear trough filler as a temporary fix, and eventually opted in for a more permanent fix with a lower lid blepharoplasty. This was done without scarring. This was combined with a fat transfer to improve contour. Since the surgery this patient has maintained Botox and filler over the years.
