This 38-year-old breast cancer patient chose nipple sparing mastectomy and Stage I tissue expanders, followed by Stage II breast implants.  She later had implant exchange for increased size and fat grafting.  She is 15 months from mastectomy in the final photos, with full projecting 560cc silicone implants on both sides.
