After your procedure, you’ll rest in a private recovery area under the attentive care of a dedicated nurse. Most patients are discharged the same day into the care of a loved one or responsible caregiver. For those who require closer monitoring, the ASC also provides the option of up to 23 hours of observation before transitioning home or to extended care.
Extended Stay Recovery Suite
For patients who prefer additional time and support, our private recovery suites offer the perfect bridge between surgery and home. Here, experienced nurses provide compassionate care with services such as medication reminders, drain management, and mobility assistance, while patients enjoy the comfort of a restful, private space designed to promote healing.

Most patients are discharged the same day, once they are fully awake, stable, and comfortable. On average, this is within a few hours after surgery. For patients who need additional monitoring, the ASC offers observation for up to 23 hours before transitioning home or to an extended recovery suite.
Who will care for me immediately after surgery?

Yes. Each suite is equipped with a sleeper sofa, allowing one caregiver or family member to stay overnight with you in a comfortable, private setting.
