This 31-year-old had left breast cancer and underwent right/left mastectomy through inframammary fold incisions.  She had immediate tissue expanders placed, and eventual exchange for permanent silicone implants (360cc moderate profile).  She is 9 months from mastectomy/tissue expander and 3.5 months from final surgery in the photos.
