This 43-year-old breast cancer patient chose nipple sparing mastectomies through inframammary fold incisions.  She had right and left Stacked Flap reconstruction-2 flaps for each breast.  The right breast was reconstructed with a free DIEP and SIEA flap, and the left breast was also reconstructed with a free DIEP and SIEA flap.  She is shown at 8 months from DIEP/SIEA surgery and 4 months from one round of revision including fat grafting.
