This 62 year old breast cancer patient had left mastectomy through an under the breast incision.  She subsequently had stacked flap (two DIEP flaps for one side) left breast reconstruction followed by a staged revision surgery.  She is 6 months from DIEPs and 3 months from revision in the photos.
