This 52-year-old had right mastectomy and LYMPHA procedure followed by flat closure and radiation.  A year later, she had stacked free flap (DIEP + SIEA) reconstruction of the right breast, followed by revisions and left reduction for symmetry.  She is 16  months from DIEP/SIEA and 5 months from revisions in the photos.
