This 40-year-old Previvor is BRCA1+, and had Stage I superior medial pedicle breast reduction (590g left and 385g right) to gain control of the skin envelope and move the nipple, in preparation for nipple sparing mastectomy.   She is 3.5 months from surgery in the photos.
