This early 40’s breast cancer patient had left breast cancer initially treated with mastectomy, pre-pectoral tissue expanders, and left LYMPHA procedure.  She returned one year after radiation and had a right APEX flap and left DIEP flap breast reconstruction, followed by revisions, nipple reconstruction, and areola tattoos.  She is 9 months from DIEP and 5 months from revision surgery in the photos.
